LOCAL WOMAN LANDS NATIONAL TELEVISION SPOT

State Representative Gale D. Candaras likes to brag about her District. She claims astronauts, star athletes, famous newscasters, authors and, now, a TV star is among her constituents. Katerie Demaritino, daughter of Dr. & Mrs. John Demartino of Wilbraham, has a landed a part on the new television series, “Ed”. Katerie is schedule to appear on “Ed” in January 2001. Candaras, who had stars in her eyes as a youngster, said she’s now content to live vicariously through her friends’ children.
